"crinkly dinker" describes someone or something that's needlessly complex, confusing, or inefficient. It could imply that the person or thing is causing unnecessary complications or difficulties due to their actions or attributes.

Despite his promises of efficiency, his approach to project management turned out to be a crinkly dinker, leading to unnecessary complications and delays.

dinkin flicka 

Made popular in a recent episode of "The Office", dinkin flicka roughly translates to "That's life" or "C'est la vie".

It can be used in many circumstances and basically means, 'well, what can you do about it?.. that's life'
The expression is generally used in response to horrible circumstances and is often repeated in agreement by the one in the bad situation.

According to the Office, the expression is "something us Negroes say" but dinkin flicka has recently gained popularity among other ethnic groups.

Sneaky Dickens 

A Sneaky Dickens attack is when someone gets up from from their seat at a bar or restaurant and leaves their coat temporarily unattended. The attacker quickly draws a penis on a napkin or scrap of paper and puts it in the unsuspecting victims coat pocket for them to find at a later time. Some more advanced attackers may even have penises drawn on many pieces of paper ahead of time so that they can carry out attacks more efficiently and with less risk of being caught since their "ammo" is pre-made.

"When I got home from the bar last night my coat pockets had a bunch of dick drawings in them. Someone gave me a Sneaky Dickens."
