Dave: I've been waiting for two weeks for the help desk to replace my keyboard, that's not something you want to wait two weeks to replace.
Matt: yeah, that's a long time, what's the hold up? that's ridiculous!
Dave: It's beyond ridiculous. This situation is truly donkeyesque.
