Somebody who is very loud, yet very wrong all the time. Not just some of the time, but all the time.

It can also mean the little pieces of feces that dangle from a dogs butt.

He's such a dingwell, needs to grow up, be quiet, and realize he's never right about anything.

Someone who publishes a vast quantity of academic papers whilst wearing a blue suit jacket. A 'Dingwell' normally exhumes an magic aura that makes people think they are not working hard and/or fast enough, and has a special affinity for glass and moose.

Don't buy that suit jacket, you'll look like a right Dingwell
