A dickety dick is a jerk who is dicker than other dicks because of his selfish nature and disregard of other people's well beings.

Dude 1: "Man, I can't believe our ride left us at the club with the bill and took all the girls we worked on to his crib"

Dude 2: "Yeah man, that guy is such a dickety dick!"
