a condition in which two talkative women meet by chance and try to continue talking at the same time, often trying to outdo the other without trying to listen to what the other is talking about, thus resulting in a babel that is incomprehensible to the other. May also be used of upwards of two garrulous women but the end result will be the same- just gibberish

When two or more talkative women meet, there will be no talk, just distalk.

DECtalk 

A text-to-speech engine and speech synthesizer developed in 1984 by Digital Equipment Corporation. The first unit to use DECtalk technology was the DTC-01, which had both a serial port, and phone jacks, allowing for telephony capabilities. In the final days of DEC, the DECtalk IP was sold to Force Computers, Inc. in 2000, and then sold to Fonix Corporation (now SpeechFX, Inc.) in late 2001. DECtalk was made famous by its inclusion in the 2010 space simulation game, Moonbase Alpha

I use DECtalk in comedic productions.

A doctor-prescribed bodily-cleansing regimen dat involves verbally "unloading" or "letting it all out" to one or more trusted folks, such as a qualified shrink, close and/or long-time friends whose discretion and confidentiality can be trusted, etc.

I have minor-to-moderate mental/emotional issues dat I occasionally seek counselling for, but I don't think I am in such "dire straits" dat I need to commit to da whole detalks thing.
