This describes corporate managers being fired. It's the latest manifestation of rightsizing and downsizing.

it does not have to do with:
-cake layers
-delay of game
-plastic surgery

who knows where it really came from, but "vanilla sky" gave it more widespread use. you hold out till the last possible moment to get it on, because it will be that much better.

Round delayers are people in Blood and Iron who don't want to fight the enemy instead, they ride their horses around large maps that allow cavalry. They're usually Cavalrymen. Their commonly found in Farmland, Somosierra ETC...

Player: "stop round delaying."
Round delayer: "no."

Round delayers are just people who waste other peoples time.
