(Duh-Vee-Duh) Davida is usually your best friend that's exotic, and wasn't born in America. She tall, gorgeous, funny, loud but not to the point where it's annoying, beautiful skin, big boobs, and a nicely shaped ass, she's everything a guy wants, but a lot of guys are intimidated by her, and even though she seems mean, she actually a big softy. Brought to public attention by Bob Woodward and Carl Bernstein in the book on the fall of Richard Nixon, All The President’s Men, ratfucker was Nixon’s term for a political operative who sows chaos among opponents; an agent provocateur. It is thought to have originated among campus political rivalries at USC, and seems to have some usage in the US military.
