damophile

To be obsessed with local replacement dams. So much so that you make your workplace environment very uncomfortable for your colleagues.
The damophile visibly shuddered as (s)he witnessed the majesty of the headpond cresting the spillway.

Because the project was 2-weeks behind, the damophile harassed his co-workers into working long hours. Unbeknownst to him, his poor managements skills did not cultivate a work environment which the employees worked any harder or faster.
