Cumquats 

Cumquats can be refered to as "balls" or the testes. Because "cum" is sperm, cumquats are what produce sperm to be released for many reasons- such as to make a baby. Cumquats vary in size but they are usually oval and semi-squishy. They are usually 2-3 inches long and most likely are shorter than the penis.
