When someone is overreacting to a really minor problem. Or what you say when someone is being a total boob punch.

A person who accumulates large amounts of unnecessary things and keeps them around their house, often in stacks. It is not uncommon for stacks to reach several feet in height.
When I saw the piles of newspapers in the corners and on the tables in the rooms, I realized that she was a crapstacker.
