Crack the Ice

The act of surprizing unsuspecting coworkers by dropping ice down the back of their pants. This usually occurs in the middle of their shift, while they are on an important call.

Steven: "Joley...I'm so bored..."
Joley: "Do something entertaining"
Steven: "I know! I'll crack the ice with that new Danny idiot behind us!"
