Coronamercial

Share definition Flag
Any one of the endless stream of commercials put out by companies during the coronavirus pandemic – to show that they are still relevant and how they are going above and beyond to take care of their customers and employees. Typically featuring reluctant CEOs who don’t feel comfortable on camera, these spots can be for anything from fast food restaurants, car companies, hemorrhoid cream makers, beer distributors, etc. We get it – you’re still there, and you don’t want us to forget about you while we’re cowering in our homes in fear.
All I’ve watched on TV over the last month are 20-year-old football games, Brady Bunch reruns and coronamercials.
