a person (boy or girl) who is in a wheelchair but is cool, coolchair men are mainly bald and wheelchair can be electric or normal and mainly the men and women are in there 20s and broken legs or ankles don't count so if they have a moonboot it wont count so they can not walk to be consisted a coolchair
