A low societal status person, who proves his place, by hilariously pretending elaborate hidden plans are set against him. As if they have to be.
Example: There is no greater example for population reduction, then the population reduction conspirasist.

To act of conspiracitizing is to combine a hypothetical plot against someone or something with the act of over intensifying an absolute worst case scenario (aka catastrophizing) .
I kept running all the "what ifs" in my head over and over and over again until I finally had enough conspiracitizing for the night.
