A sizeable collective of smaller groups whose members aren't overly thrilled with how things are going.
Telemarketing is majorly hyped as an effective sales tool, but when all is said and done, da majority of said phone-wielding employees form a huge conglumerate, with long hours glued to da handset and little paying-customer-volume to show for it!
