Okay so let me explain, it's not a big deal. Compemo is what you get when you enjoy living in the emotionless world but sometimes need to balance your life out with more feelings, as a temporary thing. Or simply going through a neurotypical phase before you revert back into lifelessness.

its self explanatory. a person who often has come in their mouths/likes to dribble or gargle it after oral sex.

However, it's most often used to describe sycophants or jerks, not people who actually play with come after sex or during. (but that can change if we try!)
