1.) Working together to a common goal, but for totally different reasons.

2.) Groups of cubicle workers forced to work together that cannot stand each other. The goal of a manager forcing collaboration is to get results, but it usually ends up involving HR or therapy.

Mike: I know. I have to collaborhate with him on the upcoming marketing demo. I keep avoiding it hoping he'll just get fired or die.

Swavesey village collage

A shit school that is supposed to be good but is full of snakes, snitches and wanna be roadmen. The teachers act like they are on crack and get off on giving students detentions. The headteacher has an ankle fetish because he cares more about what socks your wearing than your education. Year 7ns think they are hard, year 8s act depressed, year 9ns are slags, year 10ns are boring and year 11ns are actually depressed. Welcome to 5 years of hell and retarded cunts :)

glass cellar

The area of the workforce that women don't want to be part of, such as digging, road construction, garbage dumping, etc. as oppose to glass ceiling jobs such as, being CEO, chairman, congressman, president, and all that good stuff. Due to political correctness, it's harder for men to get most medium paying jobs, so some are stuck under the glass cellar. basically men dominate both extremes of the spectrum.
They put more cracks in the glass ceiling than they did in the glass cellar.

More from Urban Dictionary
West Midlands slang word for rockers, bikers, greasers etc. In the late 1980s it was used by the UK music press to refer to a specific scene centered around the bands Pop Will Eat Itself and Crazyhead. The term never found favour with readers of 'the inkies' (Sounds, Melody Maker and the still extant NME) and was soon dropped. Now often used in predominantly working-class areas of the midlands and the north to mean someone who listens to rock-derived music and/or dresses in a manner that suggests they affiliate themselves with rock music of some kind.
Some grebo passed with Sabbath playing on his stereo.
The Poppies are at no. 17? God, a grebo band in the charts!
They're playing nu-metal now, bloody grebos!
