Cleeper is a more aggressive version of a Creep or Creeper. Typically found on the cyber web and in game chats like Summoners war, Cleeper's will say extremely perverse things and try to DM literally any fugly hoe in order to satisfy his need for puzzy, always looking for puzzy, craving dat puzzy! All you have to do is tell him that puzzy is his and he is hooked for life!

Not actually creeping up (ie) behind someone, but could also be depending on the given situation.

To know enough about a person that you don't actually know (ie where this person works). Creeping would consist of using that small bit of knowledge you have about said person and going on the popular website called facebook and attempting to look them up.

Amy: You know that guy we saw today at lavish&squalor?

Katie: Yeah he was super-cute!

Amy: You know right? I just totally went on facebook and looked up the Lovin' Lavish&Squalor group, found a picture of the guy (which was tagged) and creeped his profile. He's super sexy!

A girl who does ballet and only talks about ballet. Her schedule is filled with dance classes which does not allow her to do any other activity.

A sunburn or suntan focused on the left arm. It is caused by the left side of the body being the only half that gets exposed to sunlight while driving. Presumably, it would be located on the right side of the body in countries where they drive on the left side of the road.
