Generally used by SEO-inept web marketers who are too lame to legitimately optimize their sites for search engines.

Some SEO spammers are such duh-weebs that after they get their sites banned from Google for keyword stuffing, doorway pages, and link farming, that they think they can still increase their PR, so they download Googlebar and play clickity claque.

"Claqué au sol" is basically the french expression for "really bad", "nasty" or anything else -- or even someone for those who like to make fun of people -- that really sucks.
Example 1 : Ton portable est claqué au sol, il bug tout le temps ! = Your phone sucks, it always bugs !

West Midlands slang word for rockers, bikers, greasers etc. In the late 1980s it was used by the UK music press to refer to a specific scene centered around the bands Pop Will Eat Itself and Crazyhead. The term never found favour with readers of 'the inkies' (Sounds, Melody Maker and the still extant NME) and was soon dropped.
