Since the Peruvian natives chew on coca leaves to reduce the effects of altitude sickness, this racial slur was coined to refer to any Peruvians.

Cicalo
Pronounced (Chi-kallo). Means Damn girl or giggity. Also used as a substitute for "That's what she said". Comes from Italian "C'e` culo" literally meaning 'there is ass'. Can be used as "Zing" when a funny joke is made.
Nino: "Hey Sal, you see that chick"
Sal: "Wow! Cicalo!"
