Chudurbudur 

Bad Deal, or making bad deal, bum rap, unfair assessment, misfortune.

A national Bengali word that came from local area, and now using country wide, as parliament declared it is not a slang.
Chudur-budur (sudur-budur) is probably a Noakhailya word/phrase and it's definitely not vulgar.

Although some people believe that this chudurbudur made up with two separate words, which are Chudur+ Budur. The first one which is Chudur means fuck, and the Budur means Vagina, however dictionary says something else than this. It is not clear that this word has vulgar attitude, but surely the higher class people do not want to use this word.

A widely used colloquial term in some part of Bangladesh and West Bengal region in India. Because of the first part of the word "chudur (চুদুর)", people generally perceive this as a curse word, since almost all Indic languages use the root "chd (চদ) tʃð" to construct curse words like fuck and screw. Moreover, in some other colloquial interpretations, the second part "budur (বুদুর)" stands for vagina or pussy.

According to the book "Colloquial Dictionary of the Bengali Language" by famous linguist and polyglot Dr. Muhammad Shahidullah, the word chudurbudur generally conveys 3 different meanings: i) Procrastination, ii) Overdo. Also there is a traditional sport in the Bengal region called "the game of chudur budur". According to the renowned Indian linguist Pabitra Sarker (former vice-chancellor of Vishwavarati University), "Obviously this word has a non-aryan origin. In Bengali language, there are mainly three origins of non-aryan words: Tibeto-Burmese, Austric and Dravidian. The word "chdurbudur" might originate from one of such sources.". This word became more popular and mainstream in 2013, when a Bangladeshi member of the parliament Rehana Akter Ranu (one of the few female members of the parliament), used this word in one of her speeches while it was airing live.
