Chofl is a variation on ROFL. It isn't 100% certain what chofl means, more precisely the 'ch' part. ofl refers to on the floor laughing. Chofl could mean crying hysterically on the floor laughing or crying heavily on the floor laughing. You fill it in for yourself.
