A person who, in the bargaining of a product or service must deal down to the very last penny.

That guy is nothing but a chizeler, he even tried to talk the service employee down another fifty cents off of the rock bottom price!

Chiseler

Historically linked to thieves, but more recently associated with just about anything. Someone who picks something apart a tiny bit at a time. One can chisel on another's stash, their money, their air, their space, their game, their well-being...whatever.

is a ghetto term used to define physically or mentally shaped behaviour that results in victorious consequences.

Physically:

*Slap* - He just got chizeled.

Mentally:

Last night, me and my mate were discussing global politics and its detrimental effect on individual economies...
Oh boy, was she chizeled.

chizzler

A true A-lister; one who enjoys gambling, women, drinking, boating, and all of the finer things in life. A chizzler will often partake in these activities well past the usual age the general population ceases to engage in such vices.

After exiting the strip club, Dave, Timmy, John, and RAZ joined all the other chizzlers in the sports book at noon on Tuesday.

Chiseler

A person who wins by deception, by sharp practice, is a cheat and generally a low-life swindler. Someone who cannot be trusted, particularly at business.

That mate of mine is a complete chiseler. As a friend I invested £10k in his insurance business only to discover it is an illegal pyramid scheme and I've lost the lot.

Point Chiseler

Someone (usually a perfectionist) who isn't satisfied with his/her grade on something such as a paper, and therefore proceeds to go to the professor to try to acquire (chisel) extra points on the scale of 1-5.

same as a point beggar/orphan who begs the prof for scraps of points to add to his/her grade.

"That girl Neha is such a point chiseler. She got an 81 on her paper and she's going to bother the professor to get an 83."
