Chinwagger

To move one's chin up and down in a vigorous motion like that of wagging of a dog's tail. Commoners know this action as 'talking'. Usually used as an insult towards people. Used by the oldies. E.g: Donald Trump, Eminem, Santa Claus, Kermit the Frog

Bloke 1: That bloke's a real chinwagger
Bloke 2: Hell yeah
Chinnwagger: Bla bla bla stuff insert here x10
