this is a weapon of the charva they use it for either self defence against corner shop owners or to threatin old people, the chiffie is 7 cm in length and is made from a broken tooth brush and a razor also this weapon is found in prison as seen in "bad girls" i think the chiffie originated from newcastle in the 1930s when gangters from that time could not pay for guns.
