Cheeno
Cheeno is a being that has been experimented on. Before the... transformation, his name was Phoenix.
Cheeno (item number 102) was experimented on at 2:48 AM in Florida. The surgery involved removing his arms and creating a "tail." This was a surgery preformed without anesthetics, and subject 102 was strapped to a chair for the experiment.
Basic definition: Cheeno is a living being of human origin that is 1.2 meters tall. He has no arms, but rather he has a large tail presumably for helping him balance as the experiment required his ankles to be broken and heavy metal balls strapped to his calves. A derivative of ‘Mussolini’, a ‘Cheetolini’ is someone who spews thinly veiled hate-filled Fascist rhetoric to the public via the mass media while sporting an unnaturally tan face due to the liberal use of a bronzer that comes in a color that closely resembles the same orange found on Cheetos.
