James Chapeaux

A synonym for a jimmy hat. This term is often used at haughty universities such as Vanderbilt. Elitist private institutions of learning much prefer this proper noun over the more commonly used words uttered by the laborer hordes.
I always don a James Chapeaux when I'm laying pipe after a wine and cheese social.

crapetarian 

A person who lives on a diet of mostly junk food. Their diet includes ice cream, cookies, diet soft drinks, and candy bars; it excludes poultry, meat, and fish, but some crapetarians eat dairy {lactocrapetarians}, eggs {ovocrapetarians} or both {ovolactocrapetarians}. Motivations include, but are not limited to ethics, parental defiance, garbology and health.
Hope tried to convert me into a vegetarian but she is really a crapetarian. We had pizza, ice cream, chips and soda for lunch.

chapeau is a French term that means hat.
but chapeau! "by adding an Exclamation mark" is usually used to express appreciation, admiration, approval or respect
It's like when you say:
Kudos! I take my hat off to you! Well done! Hats off! or My hat's off to you
person 1 : that's all. and finally I hope you like my ideas for the new project.
person 2 : chapeau! I'm speechless.
