"chammak" is a word used to describe zoomers and other super dislikeable groups heavy into zoomer culture in the UAE and other gulf countries, the term changes over time but it will always be used to describe teenagers that act tougher than they really are just to "sound arab" or to fit in even though they know they never will, they listen to bottom of the barrel rappers and use them to make it their whole personality on social media, they cant fight at all but are convinced they can for some reason, their drip sense and humor are both stuck in 2009, they like having large friend groups but still act lonely because its cooler that way.. and overall, they know how to piss off every conceivable known group of people in the country that isn't them.
girl chammaks are of course also a thing but they're all equally nasty and lack a father figure, it is said that a girl chammak's only purpose in life is to speedrun annihilating her family's name and honor as efficiently and quickly as possible, its like there's an Olympic desire to be the family whore first or else life is not worth living for.

overall if you are a chammak, you are automatically a loser.. its written in stone, they've existed since forever and one thing that will remain as true as day about them is that they will still be made fun off by literally everyone till the dawn of time.

chammaks are people in dubai (and sharjah) that try so hard to be part of the "cool gang". they wear branded items all the time and half of their closet are rip offs. they smoke to fit in and legit cough after every puff and dont know how to hold a cig properly. they drink everyday and claim they are depressed by posting depressing simpson music videos on their snapchat story almost everyday. they do glue and galaxy and sniff the glue off a mountain dew bottle like we cant see it. they also probably get their dokha set taken away everyday and still manage to steal or buy a new one. also theyre very broke and always tryna act slick and shit, if u see a group of teenagers in dubai motorcity or dubai marina, they are chammaks

its the teens that drink, smoke, and party thinking they are cool all under 18 sometimes if you are walking around dubai or sharjah ESPECIALLY thursday night you will see these "chammaks" and most of the time youwould see kids 12, 13 smoking and maybe even drinking and each city of uae has their own chammaks like sharjah, dubai, abu dhabi, al ain, and rak they usually act tough and all but they are just really annoying people and like 110% of them love travis scott for some reason??? he is basically overrated in the uae.

Chammak

A teenager who dresses in luxury brands (often rip offs), vapes, wears Jordan’s, a gold chain and tries so hard to fit in. These people are often hated and disliked around the UAE. Some of their HQs are Dubai mall (Dubai) and galleria mall (Abu Dhabi). They hang out in massive groups and look almost identical.

Example 1: ‘Too chammak for abood, to chammak for the vape, to chammak for MOE, too chammak for abouk’
Example 2: *15 yr old shows up wearing supreme, a gold chain, Jordan’s and has a vape in their hands*

Abood: yo that dude is such a f*ckin’ chammak.
Hammood: FR??
Abood: yeah? Isn’t it obvious?
Hammood: *nods forgetting the fact that he is a chammak himself*
