chóbi 

Pronounced "CHOH-bee." n. Said of someone who intentionally exhibits poor decision making to the detriment of others (but without malicious motive) despite suggestion against a poor decision by a more enlightened individual. Someone who makes sad choices.

Henry asked his uncle to stop riding his bicycle indoors because he might bump into someone and hurt them. His uncle decided not to listen and bumped into Henry's father hurting his hip. Henry's uncle is a chóbi.

Chobi

Chobi is derived from the popular Manga/Anime "Chobits". In the series, Ichiro Mihara used the word "Chobi" to describe anything that he thought was small and hopelessly adorable.
