An amazing girl who can make anyone laugh even when they are sad. She is a fighter and even though her life isn't ideal, she will keep pushing. A Cecelia is gorgeous and very smart even though it doesn't show as much in school. She has a group of friends she has known forever and will take a bullet for her. She is the type of person who you might not notice right away but as soon as you meet her, you will never forget her. She can be clingy to the people that she really likes. If she likes you a lot you will know. Everyone wants to be around her and she doesn't try much to get friends they just come. She is somewhat shy but when you get to know her she is loud and outgoing. She might seem innocent no one knows her other side of her some say she is weird but no one really gets her.
