The act of making a left on a red left turn arrow as per the recommendation, nay mandate, from Adam Carolla, e.g. Car roll left.
I was in a rush to get to work the other day and listening to my favorite podcast, Guinness Book's #1 podcast that is, and was stopped at a left turn arrow unnecessarily, so I pulled a carolleft and was on my way - no chicken-shit ticket to be had.

Adam Carolla Show

The Adam Carolla Show is a weekday morning radio show in Los Angeles and is syndicated up and down the West Coast. Comedian and radio show personality Adam Carolla hosts the show with co-hosts Danny Bonaduce and Teresa Strasser. On the show they conduct interviews with celebrities, engage in casual banter, and present national and international news in a comedic forum. The Adam Carolla Show took the place of The Howard Stern Show in 2006 under CBS' FREE FM format.
The Adam Carolla Show makes people laugh due to the humerous conversations that take place between the hosts.

He owns you AND your mom. The host of "Loveline" an awesome radio show thats broadcasted from 10pm to 12pm on weeknights; also the co-creator of "The Man Show" and "Crank Yankers"
Adam Carolla: Sometimes it sucks to be a straight guy. Take being in a shower room. Gay guys get to see all the naked guys they want, lesbians get to see all the naked girls they want, and for straight girls its like being at a car show; you get to admire all the nice breasts and butts like they are a nice Porsche. But us straight guys, the people who work the hardest and bring in the bacon get nothing to show for it! Sometimes I hate life.
