Psycho-magnification is the process by which interpretations of events/thoughts/action get magnified or exaggerated exponentially (till a point at which it defies logic) as the thought passes through different psyche levels.
Process example : Person 1 to 2 : "Mike was stung by a bee"... Person 2 to 3 : "Mike was stung by a giant bee"... Person 3 to 4 : "Mike was stung by a giant man-eating bee and escaped only because Batman saved him."... Person 4 to 5 : "Mike is a giant man-eating bee and he ate Batman"
Mike's experience with the bee bite was subject to a brutal amount of psycho-magnification.
Catification is the art of making changes and adjustments to your home that meet the needs of both you and your cat (aesthetically and spatially). You want to create spaces that really satisfy your cat’s primal instincts and challenge them the way being outdoors does. Your cat’s instincts propel them to jump, perch, climb, play, sleep, eat, hunt, and claim their own territory. So chances are, you need to create additional spaces for them to do this. If your cat is showing signs of aggression or behavioural issues, it might be because one (or several) of their primal needs aren’t being met. Guardians need to get their cat mojo going! The key to a confident, secure, and happy cat is catering to these urges, and providing the necessary outlets for them to do so.
"I want to my home better for my cats" - "Dude, you're talking about the art of Catification!"
"My cats don't seem very happy, what should do" - "The answer my friend is Catification"
The effect of removing all character, uniqueness, individualism and other elements which give a product or concept identity in order to fit the largest possible market. Usually results in a bland but functional and reliable product that many people buy. (From Toyota Camry)
Literal: Volkswagen opted for a strategy of camrification for its Passat to create larger sales volume in the US
Abstract: I'm terribly annoyed by the mass camrification of society. Where are the rebels, the thinkers, and the doers?
