Buzz Me Down
This phrase means "let me puff half of your cigarette." If someone doesn't have a cigarette, and you are smoking one, then they will request you to buzz them down, meaning let them puff the leftover half of your cigarette after you are done with it.
Bob : Yo, you got a bogie?

This phrase is being used with increasing regularity, especially amongst the ex-pat acting communities in Italy. Its meaning is ambiguous to say the least, however it is widely used when letting someone know they should call or email you at a later date. Brought to public attention by Bob Woodward and Carl Bernstein in the book on the fall of Richard Nixon, All The President’s Men, ratfucker was Nixon’s term for a political operative who sows chaos among opponents; an agent provocateur. It is thought to have originated among campus political rivalries at USC, and seems to have some usage in the US military.
