A popular saying in New Zealand.

Park Up happens when you occupy seats in a Bar, for example. Or perhaps when you stop in your car at a location to indulge in conversation or enjoy a smoke.

Mean Buzz Bro

Originated/coined in New Zealand.

Means in rough terms, having a good time.

If you were with your bro's in the mosh pit at a gig you might say to your mate, "Mean Buzz Bro!" Or to emphasize the point "MEEEEAN buzz bro!!!"
