Fool to a degree of severe stupidness, most bumpasses have an iq range of 18-63. Bumpasses however, are so stupid that they do not understand their own foolishness and believe themselves to be of the smartest people in the world. Bumpasses are most commonly found on various Social Medias because they lack social skills. Getting into an argument with a bumpass is a bad idea.
