The typically 50+ year old individuals who have a blinking 12:00 on their VCR. These people frequently have difficulty understanding and using anything electronic or computer related. If they do use such devices, it will normally be only for exactly their use, no more.

Blinding Beaver
Where two partners (male & female) are engaged in the '69' position inside a motor vehicle, while the MALE is driving. Hence, the "beaver" is restricting visibility of the roadways.
Justin was driving on 95N in the slow lane, while Amber began the '69' act of sexual contact. Therefore Justin is experiencing a BLINDING BEAVER moment.

Boffin
British slang for a scientist or technical expert, esp . when the speaker is not certain of the expert’s specific field of study. Not necessarily derogatory, but typically used by persons without a technical background. In the US, the equivalent would be “egghead”, “squint”, or “geek.”
Origin of the word is unknown. Started sometime in World War 2. Given the typical evolution of British slang, could easily have started because what these experts did was confusing or “baffling” to the common person.
