Blabers 

A group of individuals, who most likely are intelligent as well as interesting, but are too sketchy to function in an everyday setting. Think of modern day Dean Moriaty's, but who take more than just speed.

Those blabers are cool as fuck, but I'm pretty sure they all shoot heroin.
