As in: “one of them tatt bitches…” (noun):
A girl who is always texting someone on her cell no matter where she is, especially a female bartender at work that loves the “instant drama” of the text message and is always complaining about some random “asshole” guy making you believe that she just doesn’t want you to hit on her or that you could be the next “asshole” guy, depending on how you play it…
