BillyFest: a celebration of friendship held annually in Wilton Manors Florida. Billy and his friends (all friends, or honorary friends, of Dorothy) come from all corners of the globe for the first weekend of December each year to celebrate friends, new and old, with parties and Mary-making a-plenty! From pool party to tea-cruise, the events are captured in video commemoratives. BillyFest benefits a charitable organisation each year. The first billyfest was held in 2004. Attendance is by invitation only, so if you're lucky enough to get on THIS list, brush up on your camp movie quotes, practice you accessorizing and don't dare miss it.

A large gathering of uneducated people with poor hygiene, whose lives are often underscored by the melodramatic nuances of methamphetamine, babies mamas, unemployment, DUI's and domestic violence. Such gatherings are commonly found at County fairs, NASCAR racing events, bowling league Wednesday nights, or Wal-Mart company picnics.
We went to the movies but there was a billyfest in the parking lot across from the bowling alley that made us laugh for so long that we missed the start of the show.

British slang for a scientist or technical expert, esp . when the speaker is not certain of the expert’s specific field of study. Not necessarily derogatory, but typically used by persons without a technical background. In the US, the equivalent would be “egghead”, “squint”, or “geek.”
Origin of the word is unknown. Started sometime in World War 2. Given the typical evolution of British slang, could easily have started because what these experts did was confusing or “baffling” to the common person.

When you have to pee in a movie but don’t want to miss anything, and must do the following mental equation: will the amount I have to pee cause enough discomfort to diminish my attention capacity for the remainder of the movie to an extent which is greater than the amount of the movie I would miss by making a mad dash to the restroom.
