A more enthusiastic form of a boner. It can also be used as an exclamation of positivity. However, “bhöner” must be pronounced with an exaggerated Peruvian accent.

Example 1: Bro. She gives me such a bhöner.

Example 2: Bhöner! That’s fuckin awesome!
