A situation that is hard to get out of or uncomfortable for multiple people

Example 1
Girl 1- Whoa, you got a tattoo without asking your parents?
Girl 2- Yeah my parent's are going to kill me and my older brother who signed off as my guardian.
Girl 1- Looks like you guys have gotten yourself into a pretty bad buttweave...

Example 2
Boy 1- Andrew is such a buttweaver; everything he says makes people uncomfortable.
Boy 2- Dude yeah he really needs to learn how to act like a normal person.

'butt' is your gluteus maximus, or for you idiots it's the ass
therefore when combined it is the extra skin on someones glutues maximus.
usually used when insulting someone or just complimenting them.

"you're a fuckin buttweenis!" or "wutssup buttweenis?"
