A hairstyle which is worn by a character in a Japanese style Anime that can be defined as a mullet; that is, trimmed short in the front with long hair hanging in the back.

People acting uncivilized and like morons. Not a term used to describe someone in a good light.

My friend told me he was almost ran over because people were driving like idiots in the parking lot. I told him the animules were out in force.

Mostly used as a derogotory term towards idiots.
