Means "thanks" but after a typo or you biting your tongue. Featured in Ch. 209 of Komi-san wa Komyushou Desu.

Komi wanted to write "thanks," but out of her nervousness upon realizing the situation, she accidentally wrote "Abebesuppenpon."

Legend is, Abebuh started out as Babe-uh because of the way a girlfriend says babe in the girly voice. one typo later, it became Abebuh and it just means babe or any pet name from one significant other to the next.
