Yatesitis

Also known as daddy ball extreme. When a baseball coach runs a team like a dictatorship. Coaches a team so his son has a place to play yet his son is the worst player on the team. Bats cleanup and plays second base and catcher over far more talented kids.

Constantly seeks fill in players to play for free so paying kids can ride the bench because he thinks he might be mad at a parent.

Typically is accompanied by a female truck driver that cooks the books and skims off the top to unsuspecting parents.

Coach Smith was removed from coaching after he was found to suffer from Yatesitis. His former team went on to win tournaments and actually enjoy baseball.
