(Can be used with any number of o’s in the term) A superheroesque person whose superpower is extreme persuasiveness, good-idea-originating and/or deep profundity in verbal phenomenon (not for writing) to the extent to which multiple people either appreciate or depend on said powers. Chiefly used in the stoner community.

—“I convinced birthday boy to order Indian instead of Chinese if we’re gonna go with this particular strain even tho he really wanted a fortune”

—“wordman. Is he okay?”
—“yeah but he needs some space for now”

Wordanistas 

Those who spend their lives telling others what is or is not a word, based on what they have read in books.
First coined by Steven Colbert on the Colbert Report during a segment of The Word.

I know you Wordanistas love to say funner is not a word, but it is, i looked it up in my gut, and that's the Truth.

What is it with you Wordanistas telling me what is and what isnt a word. Who made Merriam Webster God?
