An individual who, having limited life experience or political knowledge outside of the internet, espouses firm belief in the philosophy of libertarianism and limited government. Etymology:
WIKI, from Wikipedia, the internet site he uses when people ask him to explain his views.
LIBERTARIAN, derived from Libertarianism, the name of Wikipedia article he most frequently reads.

Wikilibertarian: If you can't afford healthcare, then you don't deserve it! SINK OR SWIM, that's the way the world works.
Politically-literate person: Oh god who let that wikilibertarian in. Someone tell him to go back to the apartment his parents pay the rent for and post on internet message boards using the laptop his parents bought him.

Wikitubia 

Wikitubia is an unofficial YouTube wiki that was founded on September 25th, 2006. It is one of the largest and most active YouTube wikis and hosts pages based on YouTube's history and YouTubers with more than a thousand subscribers (they have a sister wiki called Minitubia for YouTubers with less than one thousand subs).
