There are admins who will even go as far as adding references for you, help you and contribute, and generally won't act like dickheads who own the place by removing content that is actually useful. They appreciate that you're a volunteer and you're not perfect - a wikiterf will remove your content, put it into a draft and not review your submission, and will argue with you why he's right on your talk page.
