Whining or complaining about something that's a recurring problem to a group of people knowing no one will listen or do what that person will say. It sounds like that person will never stop bitching.

Multiple people acting like they are siblings but are/were actually in a relationship and are not related.

Person 1: "Do you know JelloApocalypse, the sort of famous YouTube voice actor? "
Person 2: "Yeah? What about him?"
Person 1: "I think he and his sister pLasterbrain are White Stripe'ing!"
Person 1: "Stop shipping them! It's not worth it!"

Ex. William calls Bob to tell him not to give Sam a job reference because he knows something personal about Sam.
