A person that goes awal when someone else tells them that they are not pretty. The way to tell you are one is that you will punch anyone in the gut that says that you are ugly. In your freind group there is at least two Wally Walls. This person also likes to go outside but to hide in the shade, always reads scary books, and can take things to seriously.

The term Bill Cosby used in a comedy routine/story, meaning penis. In this scenario, he'd just stepped out of the shower and began peeing in the toilet standing up. His two toddler-age daughters open up the door, walk in, and start to yell and point at his "wally-wally" and ask if they will get one.
