Swedish expression compounding "need to have" and "want to have". Most often used as a comment on a one of a kind object by some low life white trash union worker. This word creates a feeling of self accomplishment and importance for something they won't ever be able to afford or accomplish themselves.

Villhöver
Villhöver (v) is a Swedish portmanteau word, its meaning it is made up of two existing words blended together: Want and Need.
Villhöver is a word with two parts, vill and höver. Vill is the present form of the verb att vilja ("to want"). Höver isn't a word in it's own right, but here it comes from the verb att behöva ("to need"), the present form of which is behöver.
Villhöver is a slang term meaning "to want something so much that you feel like you need it". It's a relatively new word which appears to have come into use within the last ten years.
It is often used about something which you know you don't really need, but you want anyway, such as a new item of clothing or a flashy gadget, and can be used in a tongue-in-cheek way to express the fact that you know, deep down, that the item in question is really an unnecessary luxury.

Ratfucker
Brought to public attention by Bob Woodward and Carl Bernstein in the book on the fall of Richard Nixon, All The President’s Men, ratfucker was Nixon’s term for a political operative who sows chaos among opponents; an agent provocateur. It is thought to have originated among campus political rivalries at USC, and seems to have some usage in the US military.
Along with Nixon’s other ratfuckers, Roger Stone caused fights at otherwise peaceful Democratic Party protests to generate a false narrative that the Democrats were violent and dangerous.
